This page contains information about all the laws to give you a better understanding of them. In addition, you can give this information to legislators or lobbyists in states that do not have such laws so that they can pass them into law. That makes YOU a citizen lobbyist for humane laws!

The “Summary” is a staff description of the bill. The “Law’s Text” is just that. The video is a video of the arguments made for and against the bill in committee. The video starts with a brief staff description, usually followed by my explanation and the testimony of others, pro and con. The video usually contains much debate and questioning and explores many fine points of the law.
